Shipping in Sweden

We want your Asana Shea products to reach you quickly and safely.

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Free Shipping: On orders over 500 SEK

  • Delivery: Carried out by DHL or another trusted carrier

  • International shipping: 5-7 business days (may vary by country)

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your shea butter, black soap, and lip balms arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer:

  • Returns: Within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Exchange: If you receive a damaged product, contact us and we’ll replace it immediately

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your order

  3. Send your item back to us and we’ll process your refund/exchange

Important Notes

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened lip balms and some skincare items may not be eligible for return unless damaged

  • We recommend keeping the receipt/confirmation email for all returns
